By accessing or using Doorstep Digest (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Doorstep Digest provides automated email newsletters for real estate agents. The Service aggregates market data, local events, and other public information to generate personalized email updates sent on behalf of the agent to their contact list.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harassing content, or communications to recipients who have not consented to receive them. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and any state real estate advertising regulations.
5. Contact Lists
You represent that you have the right to upload and email the contacts in your lists. Doorstep Digest does not sell or share your contact lists with third parties.
6. Payments and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
7. Data Accuracy
Market data, event information, and home value estimates are provided by third-party sources and are for informational purposes only. Doorstep Digest does not guarantee accuracy and recommends that you review content before it is sent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doorstep Digest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
